Responsibility
• Greetings to internal and external stakeholders and directing the guests to the respective persons
• Answering the telephone queries with appropriate responses
• Dealing with external and internal stakeholders
• Receiving incoming telephone messages and relaying them to the respective persons in a timely manner
• Welcoming all internal and external stakeholders in a proper and respectful manner
• Making sure for the awareness on all Company’s Rules and Regulations
• Assisting external and internal stakeholders when and if needed
• Handling other administrative duties as required
Requirement
• Any Graduate
• Certification in English communication skill (both oral and written)
• Certification in front office operation training course or At least one year of prior receptionist experience with MNCs
• Basic computer knowledge
