Responsibility

- Develop & maintain a High Performing Sales (Doctors Promotion) Team
- Responsible to achieve 100% of Monthly Sales Target set by Company
- Ability to develop & lead a High Perming Sales Team by ensuring sales process and implementation of strategies
- Responsible for develop sales plan to increase market share in whole nation
- Good knowledge about market and able to plan for expanding business
- Establish, maintain and expanding customer base to achieve Sales Target & over all business development

Requirement

- Any graduate, preferred medical related degree (MBBS, B. Pharm or BDS)
- Minimum 4~5 years in same position of pharmaceutical industry
- Through knowledge about whole Lower Myanmar’s every Province, Divisions and Important Customers
- Good interpersonal skill and self-motivated person
- Proactive, team management and good analytical skills
- Must have Strong Doctor (KOL)/ Customer relationship
- Experience with Chronic Care products will be preferred
- Understanding about Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
- Good Soft skills, including IT (word, power point, excel)
- Proficient in English and Myanmar languages
- Can able to travel extensively
- Need to ensure Company’s set Reporting system perfectly.
