Responsibility
- Prepare and submit monthly/ weekly ALCO reports.
- Manage balance sheet, cash flow, and funding provisions.
- Optimize asset and liability strategy per ALCO guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks (e.g., foreign exchange exposure).
- Monitor cash balances, forecast payments, and ensure liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and create reports for management.
- Support financial modeling, business planning, and investment analysis.
- Automate financial reporting and enhance reporting tools.
- Assist senior finance team with ad hoc tasks.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (ACCA Part 2 preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial/management accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Burmese and English preferred.
