Responsibility
- Manage sales operations and processes, overseeing the order process through dispatch.
- Ensure accurate processing of orders, tenders, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the supply chain for inventory.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and SOPs.
- Prepare sales reports and track KPIs.
- Provide sales analysis for decision-making.
- Handle wholesale targets.
- Supervise the sales administration team.
- Manage price lists and tender documents.
- Communicate with internal and external partners.
- Support other sales administration tasks.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Administration or Sales Operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in data reporting and sales analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
