Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree often preferred).
• At least 5 years' experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets and leading teams.
• Strong leadership and management abilities to motivate teams and drive results.
• Ability to analyze market data, interpret trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in utilizing various marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
