Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or IT.
- 8–10 years of sales experience, 5+ in a leadership role.
- Strong record of achieving sales growth, ideally in software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in using sales analytics tools.
