Location: Tarmwe Township
Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Develop and implement sales and leasing plans and strategies
- Organize Home Tours and Open House
- Generate new leads
- Build and respond to networking channels and enquires
- Seek out prospective tenants
Requirement
- At least 3 years experience in Real Estate Agency
- English fluency is a must. Additional languages will be favorable
- Fluent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Sale-oriented/ Self-motivated with great time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge in digital marketing is a great plus
