Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to exceed sales targets for animal feed products in assigned regional areas.
• Conduct market research to find new business opportunities, understand competitors, and analyze market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including farmers, feed mills, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Train, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and conduct reviews. Motivate and coach the team to maximize potential and drive success. Foster a positive team environment.
• Understand animal feed portfolio, communicate value propositions to customers and sales.
• Explore business opportunities, track sales data, and identify market trends.
• Collaborate with teams, provide feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Any Sales and Marketing related tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirement

• A bachelor’s degree in a veterinary-related field is preferred. Or Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the animal feed or related agricultural industry.
• Proven sales success, animal nutrition expertise, and strong customer relationships.
• Ability to travel nationwide to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
