*Market research and analyse
*Develop and execute nationwide commercial and sales strategies
*Manage and expand distributor networks across all regions and states
*Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning
*Drive market expansion for local food products (FMCG / seasonings / packaged foods preferred)
*Strengthen key account relationships and negotiate trade agreements
*Monitor competitor activities and market trends
*Ensure efficient supply chain coordination with logistics and warehouse teams
*Lead, coach, and manage regional sales teams
*Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
-Minimum 8–10 years of commercial/sales management experience
-Strong background in local food products, FMCG, or food distribution industry
-Proven experience managing nationwide distribution networks in Myanmar
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Experience in handling distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade
-Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills
