- Handle the full tender cycle: proposal, pricing, submission, and negotiation.
- Analyze tender documents and craft winning strategies.
- Coordinate technical, financial, and legal inputs across teams.
- Ensure full compliance with tender rules and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Track industry trends and competitor moves to spot new opportunities.
- Present proposals and attend clarification meetings.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in tender management, business development, or procurement.
- Proven record of securing high‑value tenders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Detail‑oriented, excellent time management, and able to work under pressure.
