Responsibility
• To take charge of a team of 3 data analysts and lead them through the full end-to-end process of collecting, cleaning and analyzing company data as well as creating and rolling out data models to generate insights actionable intelligence to help management make better business decisions.
• Understand business needs and objectives
• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
• Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources
• Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
• Lead and develop a team of data analysts
• Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
• Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g., operations, IT, customer feedback)
• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
• Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
• Keep abreast of industry news and trends
Requirement
• Proven experience as an analytics manager
• 7+ Years of experience in a relevant role and 2 years or more in a Managerial role
• Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
• Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and finance
• Ability to build, lead and mentor strong analytical teams
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to perform gracefully in a multitasking project environment with attention to detail
• BSc/ BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field, but a master’s degree is preferred
Technical Skills
• Strong background in statistical modelling and experience with machine learning/ data mining tools such as R, Python, SQL, Excel.
• Data mining and data cleansing techniques
• Good to have: working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience working with AWS technologies (EC2, CloudTrail, S3, Athena,AWS
Glue etc.)
