-Perform data analysis, business analysis and process management for company products and prepare the report to present the outcomes to Senior Management
-Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for onboarding, training and operations processes.
-Consult the external stakeholders for the system integration, launching process and after go-live process.
-Prepare the necessary training presentation documents and Provide trainings to external stakeholders about company system, payment process, fraud & chargeback awareness.
-Prepare business requirement documents, process flow diagram and mockup design for company products.
-Set up the technical information in the company systems for each entity.
-Test and verify the features of the company systems and prepare standard operations procedures (SOP), FAQ and user guides.
-Investigate, escalate, follow up the technical difficulties and issues which internal and external stakeholders encounter with cross-functional departments and make sure all cases are solved and closed properly.
-Investigate the fraud & dispute cases and explain to external stakeholders about the case details with suggestion and best practices.
-Learn and analyze the process and features of Card Schemes ( VISA, MasterCard, UPI, etc ).
-Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or management,
-A bachelor's degree in IT related field.
-1-3 years experience in IT or Payment related field. (Energetic and talented fresh graduates are also welcome.)
-Rich knowledge of programming languages, business flow, software design and architecture.
-Rich knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-Able to travel local and oversea.
-Able to operate in a fast pace.
