• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Manage and develop a high-performance sales team.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Up to date with new product launches and knowledge sharing to teams’ members are on board.
• Any Degree holders in medical background or relevant sale experiences who are interested in medical devices and equipment.
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
• Analytical skill with a problem-solving attitude.
• Good interpersonal skill, good presentation and communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Availability to travel as needed.
