Responsibility
• Coordinate transportation, hotel bookings, tour guides, and activity schedules for all incoming and outgoing tours.
• Negotiate rates and maintain strong working relationships with hotels, transport providers, local vendors, and attractions.
• Assist in assigning, briefing, and managing tour leaders, local guides, and drivers to ensure high service standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for on-ground emergencies, tour disruptions, or client complaints.
• Monitor tour execution and review guest feedback to continuously improve tour quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist the manager in tracking operational budgets, vendor invoices, and tour costing.
Requirement
• 2–4 years of experience in tour operations, travel logistics, or destination management.
• Solid understanding of local tourism destinations, itinerary planning, and vendor networks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle unexpected changes under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills (knowledge of local or additional languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and travel management/booking software.
