Responsibility

Summary
Under the direct supervision of the IT Manager, and responsible for the day-to-day user's PC support, network, software applications and trading application platform (in-house) as needed.

Responsibilities
- setup, install configure computers, desktop application software, printers, phones, voice recording system, door security system, cctv 
- provide direct technical support (Level 1 & Level 2) for various issues regarding PC, printers, network and trading application platform accessible internally and online via website, mobile and tablet Apps
- complete IT projects as assigned by IT Manager. IT projects include but are not limited to software/ PC setups/ upgrades, network changes, phone configurations and trading application platform changes & enhancements
- provide technical support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the trading platform
- Provide technical support to changes in both Test & Production environments
- Provide the pre-hour and after-hour support on a rational basis
- Knowledge of VPN, Firewall and remote support for users
- Knowledge of having database install, configure, update (MSSQL)

Requirement

- Any degree (substantial experience can be substituted for education)
- A minimum of three years experiences in IT fields
