Responsibility

• Become a mentor to sales team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help
them achieve their goals.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and handle suppliers in the market
for long term relationship.
• Monitor customers and suppliers' preferences to determine focus of sales and purchase
efforts.
• Represent as company representative in trade association meetings to promote and service.
• Work with Thai management team to set product development, technical development and
sales support.
• Work with Myanmar management team to set revenue and sales goals; on the other side set
a budget and purchase target. Manage and set team incentive and KPI.

Requirement

• Any Graduate, MBA Preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales, B2B
• Fluent in English
• Communication & Negotiation Skills
