Responsibility

• To provide insightful information to inform pricing, purchasing, and sales plans, conduct in-depth market analysis to monitor trends, supply-demand fluctuations, and harvest conditions.
• Develop and carry out data-driven plans for sales and procurement with the goal of growing income and profitability.
• Oversee the whole sales, procurement, and purchasing cycle for agricultural products, packaging, equipment, and technology on a national and worldwide scale.
• To secure advantageous conditions and ensure cost-effective procurement that is in line with corporate objectives, lead negotiations and supervise vendor selection and sourcing.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team to oversee import and export processes, including paperwork and logistics, to guarantee prompt, effective operations that are in line with performance indicators.
• To promote long-term business growth, establish and maintain solid relationships with suppliers, purchasers, customers, service providers, and other important stakeholders.
• Drive performance and sustain a healthy, moral, and effective workplace culture by motivating and leading the sales and procurement team.
• Support the organization's core values and culture while collaborating with HR on hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and dispute resolution.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, sales, or trading—preferably in the agricultural or import/export sector
• Strong understanding of local and international procurement, sourcing, and logistics procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with internal departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
• Fluency in both Myanmar and English languages. (written and spoken)
• High level of integrity and alignment with the company’s values and code of conduct.
