Responsibility
Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the IT Manager, and responsible for the day-to-day operation, user's PC support, network, software applications and trading application platform (in-house) as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Setup, install configure PCs, Desktop Application Software, Printers, IP PBX phones, Voice Recording System, Door Security System, CCTV System
• Provide direct technical support (Level 1 & Level 2) for various issues regarding PC, printers, network and trading application platform accessible internally and online via website, mobile and tablet Apps
• Complete IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager. IT projects include but are not limited to software/ PC setups/ upgrades, network changes, phone configurations and trading application platform changes & enhancements
• Provide Technical Support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the trading platform
• Provide Technical support to changes in both Test & Production environments
• Provide the pre-hour and after-hour support on a rational basis
• Knowledge of VPN, Firewall and Remote Support for users
• Knowledge of having database Install, Configure, Update (MSSQL)
Requirement
• Any degree (substantial experience can be substituted for education)
• A minimum of 5 years experiences in IT fields
• Experience in Application Support (Required)
• DB SQL Query (Required)
• Understand the Importance of Data. DB Concept
• ER (Entity Relation of DB Tables) Knowledge
• Able to do the report using DB SQL (Jasper Report & PLSQL)
• Linux Experience _ Preferable RHCSA or RHCSE
• FIX (Financial Information Exchange)
• XML - Understand and Experience
