Responsibility

• Prepare with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• To assist compensation and benefit documentation.
• Calculation and resolve employee relations
• To check & arrange the overtime summary report
• Prepare & check daily attendance report
• Maintain employee records, including personnel files, leave records and attendance data both hard copy and soft copy.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and systems to ensure employee information is up to date and secure.
• Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
• Prepare HR Announcement Letters.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Proficient in using HR software and MS Office applications, Advance Excel prefer.
• At least (6) months (or) 1-year experience in relative field or office staff position.
