Responsibility
- Design and maintain a compliance program aligned with regulations.
- Lead and develop the compliance team.
- Monitor and test controls to mitigate risks.
- Investigate violations and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders.
- Report status to senior management and the Board.
- Keep the program updated with legal changes.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s in Law, Finance, or Business (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years in banking compliance.
- Proven success in building compliance programs.
- Deep knowledge of banking regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- CCP or similar certification preferred.
