Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
- Identify staffing needs and design recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Perform reference checks, background screenings, and extend offers with salary negotiations.
- Update applicant tracking system and report progress to stakeholders.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
