Responsibility

- Create and run a preventative maintenance schedule for all vehicles.
- Oversee inspections, diagnostics, and repairs (in‑house and outsourced).
- Recruit, train, and evaluate a team of automotive technicians.
- Negotiate with repair shops, parts suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and find cost savings.
- Control spare‑parts inventory and maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate emergency roadside assistance and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirement

- 10+ years in automotive maintenance, 5+ years in a supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge of engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and diagnostics.
- ASE Master Technician or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
- Proficiency with fleet‑management software, Microsoft Office, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Experience with telematics, hybrid, and electric vehicle maintenance.
