Responsibility
Responsibilities for quality control technician
• Collects data on various phases of the production process
• Inspect the quality of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
• Monitor the production operations in line with HACCP and food safety standard
• Perform laboratory tests such as pH, brix, moisture, etc.
• Accurately record and report to Manager.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process
• Conduct root cause analysis
Requirement
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Any graduate (more prefer in Chemistry, Food Science or related field)
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Quality Control (QC) (Fresh graduates and undergraduate are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong team work, responsibility, and communication skills.
