✵ Drive sales growth and expand market coverage across assigned regions
✵ Manage dealer/distributor channels and maintain strong customer relationships
✵ Lead and monitor sales teams to achieve monthly and yearly targets
✵ Conduct market surveys and analyze competitor activities
✵ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
Requirement
✵ Bachelor’s degree in related field
✵ Experience in fertilizer, agricultural products, FMCG, or distribution industry preferred
✵ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
✵ Good reporting and problem-solving skills
