Responsibility

• Planning and implementing strategies to achieve regional goals and objectives.
• Developing and executing business plans that align with the company's vision.
• Analyzing market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Managing and leading a team of branch managers and employees.
• Providing guidance and support to branch managers to optimize performance.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and addressing any areas for improvement.
• Monitoring and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implementing cost-cutting measures without compromising quality.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Acting as a liaison between corporate headquarters and the regional branches.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts promptly.
• Analyzing relevant sales financial data and preparing reports.
• Monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or higher in relevant principle, strong emphasis on business administration and management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the related field of vehicles sales background. Automotive/ EV industry experience is highly desirable
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Good written as well as spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Excellent customer service
• Work well under pressure, Flexibility and openness to change
• Ability to generate profits in multiple sales locations
