Responsibility

• Lead and develop members of sales team utilizing the tools and processes developing program and target achievement.
• Ensure that the leadership and development of the people in own sales team/s is given sufficient time and focus.
• Proactively act as coach and mentor to the team to enable them to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Identify and resolve employee/team problems and conflict and support in the recruitment of suitable people for own team and the company as a whole."
• Key areas of knowledge and the role is responsible for ensuring to kept up-to-date. E.g. company processes and standards, technical knowledge, market knowledge, competitors etc.
Consider how this role acts as a 'subject matter expert', sharing knowledge and expertise
• Coaching and sharing knowledge to own team and colleagues and ensure to continue developing own knowledge and expertise through own ‘personal career development’ and
utilizing training and development offered by the company.
Internal / External Interactions:
Internal
• Daily team meeting and report
• Overall management of daily operation and delivery process
• Performance appraisal, training and development of staff (as needed)
• Collaborate with partner members (if necessary) for car sales leads and communicate professionally
External

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant principle, strong emphasis on business administration and management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field of vehicles sales background.
• Automotive / EV industry experience is highly desirable
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Good written as well as spoken English
