Responsibility
✨Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the SPA.
✨Identify and drive opportunities for business growth and expansion.
✨Plan and execute promotional strategies for SPA products and services.
✨Build and strengthen B2B marketing initiatives and partnerships.
✨Expand the customer base while enhancing brand awareness and market presence.
✨Organize and support training and development programs for hair stylists and beauticians.
✨Monitor and control SPA inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
✨Manage budgeting, expenses, and overall financial performance of the SPA.
Requirement
✨bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
✨At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
✨Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
✨Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✨Strong command of English with effective written and verbal communication skills.
