Responsibility
- Manage operational data, planning parameters, and standard information
- Develop, analyze, and improve demand forecasts using sales, inventory, and market trend data
- Plan and manage forecast planning and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
- Manage inventory targets, including safety stock levels and SKU portfolio
- Lead cross-functional demand and inventory planning meetings to align forecasts, new product launches, promotions, and sales plans
- Analyze forecast accuracy, inventory KPIs, and supply chain performance; prepare regular reports
- Communicate with HQ, Regional HQ, Factory Hub, and submit planning data and reports
- Operate and optimize the global supply chain across manufacturing, logistics, and sales subsidiaries
- Identify critical demand and supply issues and take corrective actions through SCM systems
- Prepare and submit Korean reports in accordance with the Management Guide
- Maintain and improve Supply Chain Management processes, documentation, and SOPs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management/ direct supervisor
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above (any major)
- 5–10 years related experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheet) with excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
- Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools and processes (sales, marketing, finance, manufacturing, SCM)
- Understanding of turn rates, key inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions
- Experience with SAP or other ERP statistical software
- Good multitasking and ability to lead cross-functionally
- Collaborative skills in resolving inventory positions
- Experience in managing end-of-life cycle and absolute inventory
- Good command of English and Korean both spoken and written
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Positive, confident, and self-motivated attitude with willingness to learn and grow
