Responsibility
-	Involve in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
-	Maintain updated curriculum database and training records 
-	Design, prepare and conduct the Training Evaluation and identify skills or competency gaps that need to be addressed and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house).
-	Map out annual training plans & budgets for onboarding and refresher training program 
Requirement
-	A good academic background with HR Degree or Diploma
-	Preferably 5 years’ working experience in organization development function
-	Must have knowledge Myanmar Labor laws
-	Able to travel
-	Excellent of verbal and written in English is advantage.
