Responsibility
- Month-end accounts closing: Ensure accuracy in inventory records and reconcile SAP data with Warehouse, Brewing, and Packaging reports.
- Variance Analysis: Calculate and allocate purchase price variances and usage variances, preparing detailed analysis reports for management review.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular counts to maintain control over inventory, cash, and fixed assets.
- Data Entries: Record fixed asset registers, useful life, and budget entries in SAP; perform depreciation calculations.
- Reconciliation: Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements through meticulous account reconciliation.
- Reporting: Collaborate on the preparation of WFCs & PL analysis reports for monthly management reports.
Requirement
- Any graduate preferred relevant degree B. Com, CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting.
- Excellent computer skills and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and across multiple departments.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
