Responsibility
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Generate daily GL reports for SFO and FM.
- Confirm payment cheques, ensuring document attachments.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and check pending clearances.
- Support Junior Finance Officers and assist in monthly close procedures.
- Prepare cash denomination documents for monthly physical checks.
- Manage filing of financial documents.
- Handle overseas payables to suppliers.
- Execute any other duties and/or responsibilities as required
Requirement
- Any graduate preferred relevant degree or at least LCCI level 3
- Must be able to handle the AP function, daily cash/ bank transitions, inventory control
- At least 2 years’ experience in accounting field (preferable in logistics industry)
- Experience with accounting software
