Company: FMCG Beverage Manufacturing Business
Salary: Up to 500,000 MMK
Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon
- Process 3-way matching and verify the documents
- Prepare payment as per due date correctly
- Respond to all inquiries from vendor and cross function departments
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements weekly basic
- Maintain files and documentation
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process
- Support month-end close process
- Prepare Journal vouchers
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles, IFRS and Company Policies
- Assist with quires from Financial Controller and Accounting Manager
- Ad Hoc tasks
Requirement
- Minimum 3-year experience in accounting role
- Proven experience as a AP Accountant
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/ year-end close process
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Accuracy, attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable, strong work ethic
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Relevant Professional certification (e.g. ACCA) will be preferred
