Responsibility
- Manage loan products, aiming to meet KPIs and maintain portfolio quality.
- Develop efficient loan disbursement and recovery processes to improve product performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine loan products.
- Collaborate with regional and branch managers to implement and monitor business plans.
- Oversee digital transformation efforts and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular branch audits and reviews to ensure compliance and quality.
- Address customer complaints and support fraud prevention efforts.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience in business development, sales, or microfinance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the microfinance or financial industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; typing in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
