Responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends; analyze competitors and industry changes.
- Identify target clients and suggest strategies to attract new clients in underserved areas.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, branches, and clients, fostering loyalty.
- Organize marketing activities and educate clients on loan options and financial services.
- Prepare reports on client acquisition and portfolio growth; analyze data to identify trends.
- Contribute to financial goals and sustainability of the institution.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Experience in business development, sales, or microfinance preferred.
- Knowledge of the microfinance or financial industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of risk assessment and credit analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in microfinance.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
