Clients Service Manager & Clients Service Executive

- Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day to day client communication.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
- Understand the client’s business and objectives.
- Work-flow management.
- Develop marketing strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives.
- Evolve across key service areas.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
- Minimum 4 years (for manager) and 2 years (for executive) of experience in sales, client relationship and/or agency account management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbally
