Objective
· To assess the commercial viability of launching a snack business based on rice, corn, and beans, with focus on market demand, pricing, distribution, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct market opportunity assessment and consumer analysis.
· Perform competitor and channel analysis.
· Develop product and pricing strategy.
· Design distribution and go-to-market strategy.
· Build commercial financial model and profitability analysis.
· Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Business Scope
· Focus on snack products based on rice, corn, and beans.
· Target Myanmar and ASEAN markets.
Consultant Profile
· Minimum 10 years experience at COO level or equivalent.
· Experience in snack industry.
· Regional market experience in Japan,Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, or Philippines.
· Deliver final feasibility study and Go/No-Go recommendation.
