Responsibility
- Manage import/ export transshipment, customs clearance, and documentation.
- Handle quotations, bookings, corrections, and amendments.
- Provide real-time shipment updates to clients.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth cargo shipments.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- Any graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with freight transportation industry and shipping regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Myanmar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
