Responsibility
- Support the Head of Finance in planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models for pricing, forecasting, and capital planning.
- Analyze product profitability, KPIs, and financial performance.
- Prepare reports in line with IFRS and local insurance standards.
- Work with actuarial teams to review assumptions and embedded value.
- Help drive system improvements and automation in finance processes.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or similar).
- Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
- Good knowledge of IFRS 17 and insurance financial regulations.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
