- Develop financial models for projects, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Prepare management reports with variance analysis and key financial metrics.
- Analyze financial data, forecasts, and company performance.
- Conduct feasibility studies, benchmark analysis, and investment appraisals.
- Provide cost-reduction recommendations and financial strategies.
- Support capital raising, due diligence, and investor negotiations.
- Ensure financial planning aligns with business objectives.
Requirement
- CPA, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and corporate finance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
