Responsibility

Location: Dekkhinathiri Township, Naypyidaw.

- Develop financial strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with company goals and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and analyze costs, revenues, and financial performance across crop production operations.
- Evaluate investments, conduct ROI analysis, and support R&D, production, and sales teams in financial decision-making.
- Oversee liquidity, manage cash flow risks, and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Monitor crop production costs (fertilizers, labor, equipment) and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, lead audits, ensure tax compliance, and maintain fixed asset and inventory records.
- Provide financial insights to senior management and ensure transparency with stakeholders.
