Responsibility
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy (especially Asset Backed Loan Product) aligned with the overall business objectives and market trends.
• Identify market opportunities and lead the conceptualization of new financial products.
• Oversee the entire product portfolio including Auto loan, SME loan, Phone Loan or any other financial services offered by the NBFI.
• Effectively manage operation processes including Underwriting/KYC, Collection, Marketing.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences and competitor offerings.
• Use insights to identify gaps and opportunities in the market for the development of new financial products.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing and operations.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new products to market.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements affecting financial products and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to incorporate regulatory considerations into product development.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure proper training and support.
• Assess and manage risks associated with new and existing products.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the product team and across the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in financial products.
• Reporting to COO.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Substantial experience in product management within the financial industry, preferably in NBFIs. (Auto Loan Product is preferable)
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.
• In-depth knowledge of non-banking financial products, understanding the regulatory landscape governing NBFIs.
