Responsibility
• Assist recruiters by posting job openings on careers pages, job portals, and social media; screen incoming resumes to create initial candidate longlists.
• Schedule and coordinate phone, video, or in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers; manage interview calendars.
• Monitor daily attendance, track annual leaves, sick leaves, and public holidays to compile accurate monthly data for payroll processing.
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle incoming/outgoing mail or couriers, and direct inquiries to the proper department.
