Responsibility
🟥Establish, review and update HR policies, SOPs, Employee Handbook, and administrative procedures.
🟥Supervise the full recruitment and selection process, onboarding, employee retention, and talent management initiatives.
🟥Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance management, performance appraisal, and employee engagement programs.
🟥Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, complaints, and conflict resolution.
🟥Coordinate internal and external audit requirements related to HR & Administration.
🟥Build and maintain effective relationships with government offices, labor offices, and external stakeholders.
Requirement
🟧Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
🟧Minimum (10) years of experience in Human Resources and Administration field.
