Responsibility
✅ Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires and to conduct induction and orientation program to new employees.
✅Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
✅For employee development, analyze the required training program as per TNA and arrange and conduct training.
Requirement
📌 Any graduate with diploma or certificate in HR or Business Administration .
📌 Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field, more prefer experience
📌Recruitment & Selection and Employee Relation.
