Responsibility

- Receive recruitment requisition and prepare vacancy announcement at linked in, recruitment agencies and online advertisements.
- Screen the candidates by phone and arrange the interview with related department head.
- Check employee working history and issue offer letter.
- Conduct orientation program and fill employee data at software.
- Responsible the employee probation evaluation process.
- Support other HR related matters.
- Perform the tasks instructed by head of department.

Requirement

- Any graduate with Diploma in HR.
- At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
