Responsibility

- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation and benefits
- Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - SSB and PIT
- Preparation of salary statement
- Preparation of Overtime calculation
- Tax Calculation
- SSB Calculation
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees for separation
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlements
- Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- Maintaining and regularly updating the master database in SSHRM of each employee
- Monitoring the attendance
- Support the information for Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the Salary calculation, OT calculation and bonus

Requirement

- Any Graduate (prefer in HR or Business Management)
- Minimum 2 years experiences in same position.
- Good knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law and other related laws.
- Problem-solving, data analyzing, training and multi skills.
- Self-motivation
- Work with under pressure
- Good at English
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
