Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end ICT project delivery (planning, execution, reporting) aligned with regulatory and business goals.
- Serve as primary IT liaison for Securities Companies, vendors, and consultants.
- Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, UAT, and production releases for the Trading System.
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, performance, and escalations.
- Oversee ICT infrastructure: networks, servers, cybersecurity, data centers, and disaster recovery (DR).
- Ensure availability, security, and performance of core business systems.
- Develop and enforce ICT policies, standards, and documentation.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the ICT team.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in ICT infrastructure, IT operations, and technology project management.
- Strong track record leading ICT projects and managing vendors/ SLAs.
- Deep understanding of networks, servers, cybersecurity, cloud, and DR environments.
- Experience engaging with regulators and external stakeholders in regulated industries (finance/securities preferred).
- Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent English reporting and presentation abilities.
