Responsibility

- Support in monitoring and enhancing the system.
- Assist in building and reconfiguring VPN networks.
- Coordinate with service providers for system monitoring.
- Troubleshoot computer and network issues; respond to user access requests.
- Maintain ICT equipment (printers, servers, scanners) and perform virus detection/ removal.
- Support sound‑system checks for seminars and events.
- Conduct quarterly inventory.
- Participate in staff ICT training and knowledge sharing.
