To deliver the Growth Performance of the Product's Modern trade business by Driving, executing, monitoring sales achievement, performance of the promoters, manage availability, Visibility/ Shelf space as per agreed terms and execution of Consumer Promotions and other promotional offers in designated areas.
• Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and stock management while optimizing displays.
• Monitor competitors and pricing strategies, maintaining adequate inventory levels.
• Manage POSM installations, document shelf visibility, and allocate Promoters effectively.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales volume targets.
• Facilitate the listing of new products.
• Bachelor’s degree and degree in sales and/or any marketing fields.
• 3 to 5 years distributor sales experience services & FMCG industry specifically in Modern trade preferred.
• Experience in consulting customers towards optimal sales
• Customer Care experience
• Knowledge of assigned territory
