Responsibility
- Cultivate strong relationships with key supermarket accounts
- Negotiate trade terms and sales agreements, optimize product listings and shelf presence.
- Identify sales growth opportunities, channel profitability and develop sales strategies and goals.
- Oversee account performance, including category analysis and promotions and stock standards.
- Evaluate and develop the Modern Trade team's skills
- Organize and evaluate sales promotions.
Requirement
- Any Graduate with the knowledge of sales and marketing
- At least 5 years experiences in related field
- Experiences in dealing with buyers from Hypersmart stores, Chain Stores and Conveniences stores in Personal Care Products or Cosmetics and have good relationship with them
